Defective product (wrong product)

Conditions: Basically, please refrain from exchanging or canceling due to customer convenience.

Only if there is an initial defect, please contact us using the inquiry form within one week after the product arrives.

Re-shipment fee: Please forgive us if it is customer's convenience. However, we will be responsible for defective or incorrect product delivery. (Advance notice is required.)

Defective product: In the unlikely event that there is an initial defect, please take a picture of the defective part and send it by e-mail.

After confirming the stock status of our store, we will resend a new product or an equivalent product. If it is out of stock, we will refund your money.

Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after you receive the item. Please note that we will not be able to accept your request to resend after that time.
